About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various positions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Draft and post job openings on different platforms.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Basic understanding of HR processes.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• MS Excel and MS Office knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
